Goods and services

This site allows users to apply for the certificates and documents provided by the council planning department.

The certificate and document application will be processed by council staff. Delivery by email and post is expected within 5 working days of the receipt of the certificate order.

There are no charges for postage and handling.

Refunds

Refunds will be made when the council cannot process the order due to circumstances beyond the applicants control. Refunds will be made by cheque, payable to the applicant and posted to the applicants postal address recorded on the order.

Consumer data policy

This site retains information about the applicant and the document ordered for councils own internal purposes. This information will not be released to other third party organisations. The council does not keep credit card or other electronic payment information. Credit card and other electronic payment information transmission is entirely provided by the council's bank and the online merchant banking facility.

The IP (Internet protocol) address of your computer is recorded when you make a credit card payment.
